Duck designs

Here are some of the duck designs we did. We are going to choose one from the senior school to paint onto a rubber duck for the Life Education duck race later this year. I am struggling to choose the best, which one is your favourite? Do you have any ideas that might look interesting?

Water chalk and NO homework!

WALT: recount the first day of school 

Today was the day, I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect. Were you like this on the first day of school? But it turned out it was so much fun!

We did a fun water activity. We had to transfer water by filling a cup and box and carrying it with two fingers into another empty bin and the most filled bin that was empty in at the start wins. We were also learning about our cultures to do that we traced around ourselves in chalk and wrote our cultures and favourite things in our outline.

It was such a fun day!

One the first day of school in the afternoon we played some fun games. Room2 and Room3 paired up to play games. The game was to get into pairs and trace around each other me and Emily were pears. Emily made it look like I was wearing a mitten. I made it look like she had one fat arm. Then we had to go to the other game we had to hold a cup of water on our head and walk to another bucket and if someone said two, two people would go. We had no home work.
